A Guide to the Shared Equipment
In the shared equipment room on the first floor, we have installed equipment that takes advantage of our knowledge of analysis environments and evaluation conditions. This equipment includes structural analysis, physical property analysis, composition analysis, and microfabrication systems. Researchers can visit this space regularly to rapidly advance the practical application of their work. Each piece of equipment has special or characteristic functions that allow for material analyses and evaluations that cannot be performed elsewhere.

・The pre-processing facilities are available for use only when samples need to be pre-processed before using the center’s shared equipment.
・Reservations are not required.
