Outline of Research

Power electronics circuits are becoming smaller and more efficient to achieve carbon neutrality and switching devices are expected to shift from Si to WBG semiconductors such as SiC, GaN, and Ga2O3. We will research and develop high-efficiency, high-power, high-frequency drive passive devices and related materials corresponding to this transition.
